My practice intentionally provides a safe and non-judgmental space for those who identify with the LGBTQ+ community and their allies. While LGBTQ+ individuals seek therapy for life issues similar to heterosexuals, I am aware that you are likely facing challenges intimately connected to your identity. In therapy, we will discuss these challenges and develop effective coping strategies that support you in being your true self.
I also support loved ones of LGBTQ+ individuals by providing a place where you can be honest with your understanding, thoughts, and feelings. More specifically, I recognize that parents and families experience their own unique process when their child comes out or begins transition. I am here to support you along this journey, no matter where you are.
I provide free phone consultations upon request. Contact me at 512-387-4855 or firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
